The HO-OSFP-800GSI-2DR4 Compatible 800GBASE-DR8 (2x400G DR4) OSFP Silicon Photonics (SiPh) finned-top transceiver module supports a max data rate of 850Gbps. It enables the fiber link of 500m over single-mode fiber (SMF) with dual MPO-12 APC connectors. QSFPTEK manufactured 800GBASE-DR8 (2x 400GBASE DR4) OSFP LPO module complies with OSFP MSA and CMIS, 8×106.25Gbps (53.125GBd PAM4) electrical interface, 8×106.25Gbps (53.125GBd PAM4) optical interface, IEEE 802.3 and RoHS. DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 800G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the DR8 OSFP achieves 800 Gigabit Ethernet through 8x 106.25 PAM4. The 800G DR8 OSFP is widely used for 800 gigabit Ethernet, 800G to 8x 100GBASE-DR, or 2x 400GBASE-DR4 breakout, and data center interconnect.

SiPh transceiver module integrate key photonics and functionality components into the SiPh chip, meeting the harshest external operating conditions including temperature, humidity and EMI interference of the latest network architectures in data centers. The SiPh module provides high functionality and feature integration, accessible via a two-wire serial interface.
