400GBASE-FR4 OSFP IHS/Finned Top PAM4 Optical Transceiver Module (1310nm, 2km, Single-Port Duplex LC/UPC Connector, SMF, 0℃ to +70℃, DDM)
The 400GBASE-FR4 OSFP is a finned top transceiver module for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links up to 2km over OS2 singlemode fiber (SMF). The OSFP-IHS designed with Integrated Heat Sink (IHS) is for Ethernet air-cooled switches. It supports a max data rate of 425 Gbps with a single 4-channel duplex LC/UPC optical connector. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) electrical and optical modulation, the Fixed Reach 4-channel (FR4) OSFP achieves 400 Gigabit Ethernet through 4-channels of 100G-PAM4. Hooptic manufactured FR4 OSFP complies with 400G Ethernet, OSFP MSA, CMIS 4.0, RoHS, IEEE 802.3cu, IEEE 802.3bs. The DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 400G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring.
